Well the rooms are small

I always choose to stay here before I leave Japan because it's close to Narita Airport. The location is very close to Chiba Station, about a 3 minute walk and the nearby Station is home to very many great stores to visit, perfect end to any Japan trip. The staff are friendly and are good at communication, with a few able to speak English. I needed to store luggage for a bit before checking in and the staff who helped me immediately knew what I wanted and prepared everything needed.

My only complaint is a very small one but I wish I could've checked in earlier than 3 pm but realistically, it's such a small complaint because I was able to store my luggage beforehand.

Clean and friendly service

Small room then i expect but fine for one person cleaning service every 3 day rather then every day not to big of a deal though and kept get new amenities everyday so much so I couldn’t use all like towels, robes and cups

Hotel is a not far from the Chiba JR station by not easy to find it as the exit for JR Chiba station is a little confusing. No restaurants nearby no convince store.

Rooms are small but well equipped and have everything you can find in a 5 star hotel. I will recommend for a short term stay. The staff were very cooperative.

Hotel was close to a mall and train station. The hotel is best situated around a lot of restaurants for eating, shops for shopping. The best part was being walking distance to the train station. Easy to take the train to Tokyo area. They were very accomodating in early check-in or late check-out.

Stayed three days, but my room was not cleaned once. Just a bag of towels and amenities were left hanging on the door each day. The bins weren’t emptied, and the dirty towels never collected.

Very close to Chiba station but still quiet. English speaking staff. Excellent buffet style breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Large storage space under the bed for multiple suitcases. Good large TV to watch from bed with free movies to watch. Very nice view of the city from my room. This was my first time staying in an APA hotel, but would stay in an APA again.

The clothes dryer in the laundry area was very weak. I was drying my clothes for over and hour and a half but they were still damp.The mini fridge in my room was a bit noisy when switched on.

Good location close to restaurants, stores, metro and monorail station. Good basic hotel for a quick stay. It was quiet.

Room was very tiny. Pillows were heavy and hard.

I chose this hotel for its close proximity to Makuhari Messe, since I was on this trip to attend Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025. It was a quick 30-40min trip by train and monorail to Makuhari Messe. The room was smaller than expected but just enough for a solo traveler. I liked the amneties that came with the room -- personal grooming kit, tea, coffee, disposable cups, and drinkable tap water. I liked that there was a window so I could have natural sunlight in the room.

The room was not spacious and there wasn't a lot of floor space, but it was just enough for one person traveling solo.

Hotel and staff were friendly, but I did not know I needed to request a handicapped room. The bathtub is so tall, it comes up to my hip. I could barely use the shower, which is why I had to check out early.

The young man, that was at reception was brilliant in helping me organise for an ambulance for my friend who had food poisoning. He showed genuine care and liaised with the ambulance officers to assist.

The breakfast was very good. The amenities provided each day was also very good. The staff were very friendly.

Check in was very slow three persons handled me. My passport was not getting scanned in their auto machine but ms Miyazaki insisted to scan and then asked me to fill up all the forms on machine even knowing my passport was not scanning after several attempts. Then after I filled up again a person came and said since your passport is not scanning please fill up form manually, just wastage of time.

We were I'll and there was no services for us. We paid for breakfast but did not eat because we were sick and no food would be sent or allowed to be brought to us by our adult sons

Firstly the location is great. Near the train station with many shops nearby. Room is great looks clean and new. The price is very reasonable for the overall staying experience.

Hotel is located near Chiba terminal station (Chiba Park exit) just only 3-5 minutes walking. Staffs are friendly and quick response in regarding to my suitcase early drop off 1 week in advance before checking in date for free of charge, thank you very much. They used digital QR code scan for luggage storage registration that it's convenient and secured. They provided welcome drinking water in the room for first day and hang a new set of towels in front of the door for another day of stay.

We stayed on the 6th floor that air conditioning in our room was dirty (a lot of dust and black mold) in particularly at the wallpaper near the dust bin have a black mold that may be allergy in breathing.

Only 3 minutes away from Chiba Station and Seven Eleven. Clean room with a big TV, amenities and pajamas provided. Friendly staffs at the front desk gave us a free merchandise for our toddler.

The room was very small, but luckily we only stayed for 1 night for a transit. There's nothing much in the area, only Seven Eleven. To find more restaurants and shops, you have to walk about 10-15 minutes to the other side of Chiba Station.
